Situation: You are the Critical Infrastructure Protection Officer in the New York State Department of Homeland Security. The governor has tasked you with drafting an assessment of the mass-transit security grants your state has received from the DHS since 2010.

Specified Tasks: In order to complete this task, you must answer the following questions:

How many  grants has your state received since 2010? What is the total amount that the state has received? This funding needs to be broken down by year and by recipient.
How was this funding spent?
Did this funding improve the security of the mass transit systems in your state?
How much funding should your state seek from DHS next year for transit security and what should this money be spent on?
