I wrote short answers for all questions. I need you to follow my answers, and write them in details. Please write one paragraph for each question. I am an international student.

Q1-Describe the medical circumstances you have been dealing with?

You can get my medical circumstances from the doctor report I provided.

Q2-Describe how those circumstances impacted you cores work ?

A-I was not able to focus on class work.
B- It effected my attendance so badly .
c- I was in very bad psychological state.
D- it effected my social life. I did not go out of my house for weeks.

Q3-what interactions have you had with your instructors regarding these circumstances?

A- I did not talk to any of my instructors.
B- I was not able to do any thing regarding (homework, quizzes, exams ) to my class work, so I felt the instructors are not going to accept my excuses.

Q4-the university has established deadlines for pursuing courses withdrawals or dropping courses. You can view those on the ‘academic calendar’ section. did you utilize and of those options?

I was not able to follow those dates. Because I have to talk to my sponsor before I drop any class or might lose my scholarship. I contacted the social affairs at my sponsor. I provided them with my medical report. I did not get any response before the due date. I had to drop my classes before the dead line for semester withdraw. I did not want to fail all my classes and drop my GAP.
