Read the Labatt Brewery article thinking about application of the Porters’ Five Forces. Summarize the article and analyze the company’s decision using Porter’s Five Forces. The Labatt Brewery, a Canadian brewery, made a decision to enter the American market; specifically Chicago. While the article was published in 2014, the Labatt Brewery enterprise was launched in American in the late 1800s. Despite the time period of the case, the Five Forces are applicable and relevant to our present study.
