I want the writer to come up with an algorithm for the Travelling Salesman Problem.With my unfortunate previous experience I am gonna mention this right away-it should’t be a compilation from other sources,the idea has got to be original and must have be technically correct. The writer must also make sure the images are originally developed and the paper must be in IEEE format. I encourage the writer to include as much Mathematical Analysis,equations,graphs as possible since this problem is a discrete Mathematical one.But again,they must all be original and I expect this paper to be of very high standards.
