Personal Reflection Paper

The personal reflection paper should identify an issue in an organization (company, nonprofit, club, school, athletic team, or other) that you or someone you know had a personal experience with, as a member or a customer. You may submit the reflection paper at any point during the quarter; the deadline is November 16/17. It should be no longer than 4 pages, double-spaced. Please use the following simple and effective structure for this paper:

1. Issue (no more than one paragraph): X is the issue that I will write about.
2. Analysis (the most important part of the paper): If X is a problem: I argue that X exists because of Y. If X is a question: I argue that the answer to X is Y. Here is how evidence supports my argument.
3. Recommendations (must be specific and implementable):

1. Given the preceding analysis, I recommend Z.
2. Here is how the above analysis supports my recommendation to do Z.
3. Here is how course materials support my recommendation to do Z.
4. Here are the potential limitations of Z.
