Applying in Columbia University in NYC, for the Fall semester 2016 Master’s in Science in Diabetes Education and Management. I am a Registered Nurse BSN holder who has 25 years of comprehensive, diverse nursing experience.
I am currently working in Academia: Rutgers University School of Nursing as a Clinical Lab Facilitator.
Mother of 3 boys aged 13, 15 and 18 years old, my oldest son was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 1 when he was six years old. I volunteered in the same diabetic camp (Camp Nejeda) in Stillwater,NJ for five summers where my son attended an extensive experience in the management of Diabetes while our own family was struggling with it.
