Then this is the whole assignment : 1. reflected on the Project Charter you initially developed;
2. that you’ve done the readings on HIT implementation;
3. that you can apply learnings from the readings and from our in-class case to improve/alter/change/enhance how you would approach the implementation of the EMR at your site.
(e.g. did you think of adoption vs. implementation vs. sustainability? how about training and different types of professionals impacted by an EMR? An EMR can include various modules: computerized physician order entry; charting; patient portals etc.)
