Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

This is a reflective journal of the topics discussed throughout the weeks.

Please break up each page with a new weeks.

Page 1 = Week 1 reflective journal
Page 2 = Week 2 reflective journal ETC.

Must read Assignment outline and understand each topic.

The assignment consists of two parts:

Self reflection on issues (40% of assessment)
A detailed discussion of your own in‐depth thoughts, feelings and views about the issues; including clear reasoning and explanation of your comments and observations.

The issues are generally quite broad in scope in order to give students some latitude as to how they approach this part of the assessment, which should be written in first person, present tense.

Linking nominated issues to your life experiences (60% of assessment)
A detailed description and explanation of situations you have directly experienced or observed in your own life experiences that explicitly relate to the issues – these may be taken from work situations or from situations outside of work (work situations can cover any part‐time or full‐time job you have had ‐ past or present, paid or unpaid).

Clearly explain why and to what extent you believe your example or examples for each week relate to the issue.

Your recollections should be generally written in first person, past tense. All other content should be in first person, present tense.

The content written for each week must be no longer than 250 words overall incorporating both the self-reflection as well as linking this to life experiences.

Remember that you must write about your own direct views and experiences ‐ you must not write in general terms about what you consider other people or “everyone” thinks or believes about any of the issues. Your submission must be concisely and clearly written, and well structured.
