– RECRUITMENT PLAN AND JOB POSTINGS

This week you will complete a current job posting for 2 positions within your organization (the same ones you made job descriptions) – minus yours if you are the current CEO. You will use page 163 out of the book to create what is the minimum required information used in a job ad. When you have completed it, must decided where you will post the ad- most effectively to ensure the right applicants.

You will then, based off of the job descriptions you created last week, plan a competitive recruitment plan for the company. Who do you need and where will you find them? Remember this will be dependent on what type of work that you will need done and the caliber of employees you seek. Important note that employees must be are of a diverse background. Plan must outline who will you look to hire and why, what will be a recruitment plan in times of need and if business is slow?
