Analyse how emotional intelligence and one other communication theory will enable you to operate more effectively within a graduate career (LO1)

Evidence how you have improved your communication by analysing your performance in 2 out of the following activities – video or face to face interviews, individual presentations or video CV, group presentations (LO2)

Clearly detail 2 specific actions you will put into place to further enhance effective communication skills within your graduate career (LO3).

Your essay should cover the following high level structure:

• A brief introduction to communication
• A section covering learning outcome 1- relating theories to communication challenges within a chosen career
• A section covering learning outcome 2- examining course activities and personal experiences in aiding development of communication skills
• A section covering learning outcome 3- detailing specific actions you will take in order to improve your communication skills with specific regard to the career you have in mind.
