Academic dismissal is the consequence of poor academic performance over the course of two or more academic quarters at University. The College offers dismissed students the opportunity to appeal for reinstatement during their undergraduate career.

In the appeal Address the following in a narrative of 300 � 500 words:
a. The causes of your unsatisfactory academic performance and any steps you have taken to remediate or eliminate these causes.

b. Your plan to achieve satisfactory academic performance if you are reinstated.

c. Your goals as a University student and beyond.
