In this chapter you need to show how you plan to conduct the background research. Describe, explain and justify your choice of methods. Explain their strengths and limitations for your purposes. Your chosen methods of investigation should be supported by evidence from key research methodology texts. Explain how you plan to analyse your data.

give an explanation of the techniques used to enhance the reliability and validity of the study.

outline a clear indication of the expected sequence of events/activities used in the conduct of the research.

Note that you are writing in the past tense about the research you have undertaken.
