In this assignment you will develop options strategies in relation to the
stock of Royal Mail Group, the UK postal services company. In Question
1, you will suppose it is April 2015, and you will form trading strategies
based on information available up to 15 April 2015. In Question 2, you
will jump forward to 14 April 2016, and assess the profit from your
options strategies, based on the stock price at this later date. In your
answer, use European options on non-dividend-paying stock.
