Maximillian Robespierre was considered by many the saviour of the French Revolution, however in reality he betrayed the people of France with his tyrannical and murderous rule.

• Robespierre = Who was he (prior to Revolution), what influenced him to become what he was (childhood, Law school, legal work, study of philosophers)
• Set the Scene = Where in the revolution does Robespierre come in, who was he at this point (thoughts beliefs and ideas)
• Rise of Robespierre= Form Participant to Leader (Estate General, Jacobins, Speeches, “Louis must perish” speech)
• “Rule” of Robespierre= Reign of Terror = The purge of his enemies and radical attack of the church
• The Fall = what led to his end, how did it affect the revolution
