Reading Journal
Unless otherwise noted, a reading journal entry is due at the start of each discussion section meeting. Each entry should be at least a half-page long—but no longer than one full page. Please use standard formatting (12-point font, Times New Roman, double-spaced) and submit your work hardcopy.
The reading journals are a space for you to reflect on one or more assigned texts for the week. You may do any of the following for your reading journal: write a personal reflection; discuss connections between the texts; connect the texts to current events; analyze whichever ideas from the texts strike you as interesting; etc. A variety of approaches are acceptable, but do not simply summarize the texts. The goal is to critically engage with the material.
IMPORTANT: You need to write two reading journals for the two reading in attachment. Each of them should at least more that half page long and not more than one page. Because I am international student, PLEASE USE simplest language level.
