Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

The research paper should compare, contrast, analyze, discover, balance, and seek to provide the reader with an excellent understanding of both issues. The professor expects extensive research for this paper as well as to hear author’s voice. Provide a recommendation, summary/conclusion. There must be a minimum 13 bibliographic sources, of which at least 6 must be from book sources.
