” state of the art” and ” Economic analysis (cost analysis) ”

My final design is a super mileage vehicle. we are to compete in the SAE competition and you can read all about it in (http://students.sae.org/cds/supermileage/event/).
In the folder attached ( final report requirement), there are 2 points highlighted. first one is the state of the art. second one is the economic analysis (you can find the cost analysis in the powerpoint folder attached). the instructions are there. I also attached the powerpoint for my final presentation and an example of how the coast analysis should look like. please let me know if you need anything more.
