Statistical Methods for Astronomy

What I need is a chapter about the statistical methods in Astronomy, so what that entails is for each method you need to discuss the model, the theory behind it and how it links to astronomy.

– Poisson distribution

– Box and Jenkins (ARIMA) Modelling + Time Series Analysis

– Kolmogorov-Smirnov Statistic

– Bayesian methods + Occums razor
