Document how you will operationalise your strategic plan. Develop a detailed implementation plan that will allow you to achieve your strategic vision and provide an
evidence informed approach to support your approach.

To accomplish this, you will need to address the following questions:

What will you do?
How will it work?
What evidence will you use to inform your plan?
How will you know it has been successful?
Make sure you include within your report information that considers the following:

How you have considered issues of organisational culture, context, policies and priorities in designing your implementation plan.
The types of evidence including contemporary research literature that supports each of your arguments.
How and why your change management initiative will succeed, given many fail.
