Researching about the impact of colonization and the struggle for identity in a multicultural society in West Africa. How has colonization impacted and affected the people’s ability to develop their human resources ability and how can HR play a part in helping the society develop a competitive advantage. In my Master’s thesis I did work on Work and diversity, the present study should build on that and expand on how colonization helped to impact on the society ability to think forward and respond to their needs for development.
