Consider how the organization communicates internally and to external audiences or stakeholders. Develop a clear and concise overview addressing the following questions and statements.

•   Identify which new media tools appear to the most effective for the purpose and why.
•   What types of challenges did the organization face when attempting to roll out new media tools, and do these still 
exist (and why); if they were overcome (how)?
•   What benefits have been realized by use and new media tools so far?
•   What additional opportunities exist for expanding use of new media tools?
•   Offer insight to whether the current leadership is supportive of new media tools expansion or do they appear to be 

Your report should be 3-5 pages, double spaced in APA format. Expectations of the report are:
•   Written as a clear and concise Executive Summary. Background should be limited to a single paragraph.
•   Address the statements made above within the report
•   Support of findings and recommendations using course material and your own research
