Odwalla was founded in 1980 and is currently headquartered in Half Moon Bay, CA. In 2001, Odwalla was acquired by the Coca-Cola Company as a wholly-owned subsidiary and operates as a separate company as a division of Minute Maid Company. The Odwalla brand is planning for international expansion. Management has assigned individuals to several task forces to analyze potential markets for their brand expansion.
Your team has been asked to prepare a marketing plan for the Odwalla brand for expansion in a specific BEM country. Before preparing the marketing plan, you will complete an economic analysis, a cultural analysis, market audit, and a competitive analysis.
