For Ideal solution A in B, derive and draw T-x Diagrams. Assume A and B gas is perfect gas. It is known that the boiling point of A is 80.1°C, boiling point of B is 110.6°C, the standard entropy of vaporization are both 85 J K−1 mol−1 . (At constant pressure 1 Bar.)
(1) For pure A or B, prove that the vapor pressure at different temperature is following Clausius-Clapeyron Equation as following::
(2) Plot T-x diagram for this system. Note: Ideal solution means the vapor pressure of A and B follows Raoult’s Law at all composition.
