different land uses that cause problems for the water resources in the watershed, ecological concerns (aquatic habitat loss, invasive

aquatic species, accumulation of toxic materials in the food chain etc.). Then, identify a legislative, regulatory, or management document

that deals or should deal with the issue you have selected. Evaluate how the planning legislative or regulatory process does or could solve

the issue in the watershed you have selected.
