Write a proposed CRM strategy for The Mark Hotel. Describe your proposition for maintaining and strengthening the relationships between customers, company, and partners. divided into the following sections 
1. Service Culture and Employee Engagement  provide an internal vision statement, recommendations on recruitment, training, and retention of frontline, customer service, and sales force employees. 
2. Value Propositions  describe how the company should provide greater value to its customers, aligned with the customer needs. 
3. Strategic Partnerships  revisit old partnerships/alliances and identify new ones. 
4. Metrics  identify metrics used to track the success of the proposed CRM initiatives (hint: any cost-based, revenue-based, brand-related and social media metrics are appropriate)
