Using your text and two additional scholarly sources, submit a research paper on the use of assessments at the program, departmental, or institutional level. Your research paper should:

Describe the types of assessments used.
Explain how the data is collected and analyzed.
Illustrate how findings from the assessments are reported to higher education constituents.
Explain other factors related to assessments.
Discuss how you would use the information in your current or future work experiences.

Your paper should be a minimum of five pages in length (double-spaced, not including the title and reference pages), cite scholarly sources appropriately and effectively to support claims, and be written in APA format as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
