Your Final Paper will use leadership theory to address the issues of Corin Fiske at WEAA, including the following:

What are the issues faced by Corin Fiske at WEAA? (I attached the case study)

Given the financial circumstances at WEAA, ideal options like paying volunteers or hiring and paying show producers are out. Instead,

Corin Fiske will need to rely on her leadership abilities to address the issues. Keep in mind that Corin Fiske can’t simply add more

duties on top of what she is currently doing.

So Fiske is already on a nonsustainable path—so as you plot out a plan—you need to develop some kind of reconceptualization of her time

use, including how she can stop doing some of what she current is doing. That’s something you need to think through.

Identify which Leadership Theories that you think help provide the best guidance in determining how Corin Fiske might approach her

challenges at WEAA. Apply at least three of the nine focused on in the course: I’ve chosen Leader-Member Exchange Theroy, Transformational

Leadership, and Situational Leadership. I’ve attached descriptions of each.

For each leadership theory be sure and explain the theory and how it would be used to apply to one (or more) of the issues facing Corin

Fiske, and then develop from that a recommended course of action. The theories should fit together coherently. If you find theories are in

conflict with each other regarding the course of action or emphasis, point it out, and indicate the direction you’d recommend and why.

While I am familiar with the theories and the case, always provide sufficient evidence, so that the reader clearly understands your line

of reasoning, and make sure that your application of Leadership Theories is done with sufficient clarity and detail.

detail. (approx. 2 pages)
