The paper is on incarcerated people living with HIV being linked to care and how they continue to stay in care with outside community clinics upon release from jail in order to reduce morbidity and mortality rate. Focus will be using DPSCS Department of Public Safety Correctional Services. it should be pages 20 and it should be a draft of the work so that my professor can have a look at it first thing.
