Cardiorespiratory function levels in smokers, non-smokers and former smokers

The research is about comparing FEV1%, FEV1/FVC, and FEF25-75 in smokers, non-smokers and former smokers. This paper MUST have Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion and conclusion. And I used a survey called ST-George Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) which was designed to measure health impairment in patients with Asthma and COPD. It includes 51 questions divided in four components, Symptoms, activity, Impacts and total score. For the results I will send you the results I have so you can talk about it in the results section, discussion and conclusion. In the results please talk about all the results but talk specifically about what was SIGNIFICANT. I told you this so you can have an idea about what you will write.
