In this exercise you will review a sample of work and attempt to identify violations of the Harvard referencing style.
To complete this exercise:

Review the extract below from a proposal on the role of the service concept in managing professional services.

Use the University of Liverpool’s Harvard citation style guidelines at https://libguides.liv.ac.uk/onlineprogrammes/referencing to identify
and correct errors (i.e. violations of the Harvard style).

Note: In total there are 20 errors in the extract; 7 in the text and 13 in the References list.

Please note that you do not need to find 12 new references, they are already identified, but the referencing style needs to be corrected.
