Step 1 – With your group, choose one (1) of the businesses and problems (some businesses have had many high-profile problems—choose one) you studied in the report project. Clear this case with your
professor. No two groups are allowed to write the same case.

Step 2 – Develop a research plan for the case. Each member of the group should be assigned to researching and writing a portion of the case. Establish a timeline for research and writing of the
report.

Step 3 – Decide the perspective from which the case will be told, beginning and end dates of the case, and the amount of detail to add to the case. Compose the case, remembering the general
construction of a case:
• Opening Paragraph
• Organization Background (Structure, Products, Services, Industry, Competition, History)
• Specific Area of Interest (Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Communication, Other)
• Specific Problem or Decision
• Alternatives (Optional)
• Conclusion (Task, Deadline)
